Help! Google Adsense new designs caused low CTR

For the past few months, Google is doing some changes on the adsense designs. Just take a look at this image below, you could find a very large ‘Ads by Google’ sign which many adsense publisher is trying to eliminate for higher CTR purposes. But, removing or hiding such sign could lead to an account termination. I believe that this new designs could really affect our CTRs. In my case, most of my sites are already affected by this.

Hopefully Google will changed back to its original look.
