Boom Boom Boomed
Congratulations to our great boxers who fought up against tough mexican fighters last August 11, 2007 and fetching the title for the World Cup of Boxing. Unfortunately our main event boxer Rey ‘boom boom’ Bautista get boomed by Daniel Ponce de Leon at Round 1 only 30 seconds left before the 1st round ended. It was a sad day for Boom Boom but on the other hand it was a victorious day for the 5 boxers who won the same day, especially to the 35 year old boxer veteran, Gerry Peñalosa.

Our boxers worked hard so we won. Bautista lost but he did his best and we were still able to take home the trophy. This success will raise the recognition of Philippine boxing as one of the best in the world. I hope this success will continue and we will have more world champions.
