Seahawks Failed To Reach Championship Game
What a terrible loss by Seahawks to Green Bay Packers on January 12, it was really a bad fight because of the weather and bad ass team offense and defense by the hawks. The game ended with a score of Seattle Seahawks 20 vs Green Bay Packers 42. The game started with a whooping lead by Seahawks 14 to 0 on the first quarter. The second, third and the last quarter goes to Packers completely, it was really a day for Favre and Grant.

Grant lost the ball on the game’s first offensive play, leading to a Shaun Alexander 1-yard touchdown run. Grant then fumbled near midfield on the next drive, leading to Matt Hasselbeck’s 11-yard touchdown pass to Bobby Engram. Green Bay answered on Favre’s 15-yard touchdown pass to Greg Jennings. It was the 17th consecutive playoff game Favre has thrown for a score, extending his NFL record. The Packers tied the game 14-14 on their next drive on Grant’s 1-yard run. The 28 first-quarter points tied the playoff record set by Oakland and Houston in 1969.
Seattle’s Marcus Pollard fumbled on the opening play of the second quarter and Green Bay recovered. Favre and Jennings then connected for their second scoring pass, from two yards out, to put Green Bay on top for good 21-14.
Seattle pulled within 21-17 on Josh Brown’s 29-yard field goal, but the Packers answered with Grant’s 3-yard run with 30 seconds left in the half. Favre hit Brandon Jackson with a 13- yard touchdown pass early in the third quarter that made it 35- 17 and Grant closed the scoring with a 1-yard run in the fourth.
What I didn’t like about Seahawks coach is that when he admitted that Packers were a better player than them, ummm he should have been a better coach instead of blaming the whole team, his team plate sucks compared to the Packers. Just look how the Green Bay Packers are defending the Hawks, they were like little kids getting punished by mad cows.
Kudos to Atari Bigby, he defended his team like as if it was their last fight.

The Seahawks went 3-and-out, and Favre went right back to work. He hit Jennings or 24 yards, Grant bolted up the middle for 24 more and Favre hit Jackson in the right flat for the 13-yard touchdown. Just 3½ minutes into the second half, the lead had ballooned to 35-17. Six consecutive possessions produced six touchdowns for the Packers. They didn’t punt until 9:17 was left in the game.
