Floyd Mayweather Sr. thinks Manny Pacquiao is using steroids

Before anything else, just want to reiterate that The Nevada Athletic Commission (popularly known as the Nevada State Athletic Commission or NSAC) subjects all boxers to drug testing prior and after the fight. For years now, NSAC had successfully proven that their urine testing is pretty accurate. Big names were found using steroids and other nasty stuff.

Mayweather Sr.'s remarks against Manny Pacquiao.

“He got big fast and all of a sudden,” Mayweather said. “He looked so big even against a dehydrated de la Hoya. I don’t think all that is natural. I think he used something, I think he’s using or used supplements.
“Maybe that (HGH) is what it is, I don’t know. I am not sure exactly. But this guy is using something.”

If there's a bunch of people who actually believed everything this convicted drug dealer is saying about Pacquiao, on the other hand millions of boxing fans believe that this is just a ploy so that his son Floyd Mayweather Jr. won't fight Pacquiao. Many believe Floyd Mayweather Jr. is just a coward and scared of losing his 41 winning streak.

Floyd junior had fought 40 times under NSAC, before he fought Shane Mosley, he was scheduled to fight the no.1 rated pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao but rejected the contract. He insisted that Pacquiao is into something superhuman vitamins or whatsoever and the fight should undergo olympic style drug testing. The very first time that Floyd undergone olympic style testing was against Shane Mosley, he suggested this after he undergone 40 NSAC regular testing for years. (according to reports Shane Mosley was tested more and was tested close to fight night) What's funny is he now insists that all his fights must be under olympic drug testing. We all know that the only fight waiting for him out there is Manny Pacquiao.
