A sudden loss of your internet nowadays is simply unacceptable; Internet is now part of life, but before you call the technical support of your internet provider make sure you do these simple steps to bring back your internet connection.

1. First, check to see if your modem/router has lights on. Are the lights blinking, any lights at all? If you don't know how to figure this out then it's time to get the manual of your modem router. But first and foremost, do this simple trick - unplug the power cable and wait for at least 1 minute then plug it back in.
